The user either clicks on the News icon or uses the menu to navigate to a screen that displays all active news items.

The view shown on this screen will be the title, the date the item was set to start, and the summary.

Once a visitor finds a news item of interest, a more detailed view can be obtained by clicking on the link. Each news item can have photos associated with it. The summary view can have a thumbnail image, and the detailed view, a larger image. Here on the detailed page the visitor can see the photo, read the details, and even click on a link to even more information on the news topic.
